23 July at 00:05 Turkish club Fenerbahce have confirmed that Eljif Elmas is set to join Napoli. Both clubs exchanged the necessary paperwork as Elmas will arrive in Naples tomorrow for his medical. In all, Napoli will reportedly dish out 15 million euros for the youngster.
